INDIAN SALES MAN..!

INDIAN SALES MAN..!

An Indian goes to America and was searching for a part-time Job there.
He goes and meets the Manager of a Big Mall.
The Manager says: "Do you have any sales experience?"
The Indian says: "Sir, I was a salesman back home in India."
Well, the boss liked the Indian so he gave him the job. "You start tomorrow.. I'll come down after we close and see how you did."

His first day on the job was rough but he got through it.
After the store was locked up, the boss came down. "How many sales did you make today?" Indian boy says: "Sir, Just ONE sale."
The boss says: "Just one? No! No! No! You see here our sales people average 20 or 30 sales a day." If you want to keep this job, you'd better be doing better than just one sale.
By the way, how much was the sale for?"
Indian boy says: "$101 237. 64"
Boss says: "$101 237. 64? What the hell did you sell?"
Indian boy says: "Sir, First I sell him small fishhook. Then I sell him medium fishhook. Then I sell him large fishhook. Then I sold him new fishing rod and some fishing gear. Then I ask him where he's going fishing and he said down on the coast, so I told him he'll be needing a boat, so we went down to the boating department and I sell him twin engine Chris Craft. Then he said he didn't think his Honda Civic would pull it, so I took him down to our automotive department and sell him that 4X4 Blazer. I then ask him where he'll be staying, and since he had no accommodation, I took him to camping department and sell him one of those new igloo 6 sleeper camper tents. Then the guy said, while we're at it, I should throw in about $100 worth of groceries and two cases of beer.

The boss said: "You're not serious? A guy came in here to buy a fishhook and you sold him a boat, a 4X4 truck and a tent?"
Indian boy says: "No Sirji, actually he came in to buy Anacin for his headache, and I said: Well, fishing is the best way to relax your mind."
The boss said: Who is he?
Indian boy says: He was an Innocent Pathan from Karachi.

லெந்து காலம் என்பது கத்தோலிக்க மார்க்கத்தாரால் உலகெங்கும் ஆசரிக்கப்படுகிறது;அவர்களிடமிருந்து பிரிந்துவந்த சீர்திருத்த சபையாரும் இந்த லெந்து காலத்தை ஆசரிக்கின்றனர்;

பெந்தெகொஸ்தெ மற்றும் அசெம்ப்ளீஸ் சபையாரோ புனித வெள்ளி மற்றும் ஈஸ்டர் பண்டிகையினை மட்டும் ஆசரிக்கின்றனர்;

இந்த தவக்காலம் "சாம்பல்" புதன் அன்று துவங்குவது ஆராய்ச்சிக்குரியது; புதனன்று குறிப்பாகத் துவங்குவதையும் 'சாம்பல்' எனப்படுவதையும் ஆராயும்போது பல்வேறு வரலாற்று உண்மைகளை அறியமுடிகிறது;

Peace

'If you are the God of this book, give me sleep,' he prayed..
==>a true living testimony==>

"Peace"

Indian-born Ibrahim Yousef James moved with his family to Kuwait when he was six. While still in his teens he went into business with his older brother and by the time he was 20, he had amassed a fortune. He owned the largest television production facility in Kuwait. A devout Muslim, he studied the Koran and kept all the religious Islamic traditions. He gave money to the poor and made many pilgrimages to Mecca. There was only one thing Ibrahim had attempted and failed. He tried suicide four times. Why could he not find peace? He searched the Koran for answers but found none.
He went to England to study electronic engineering. In the month of Ramadan, during the last week of his fast, he developed insomnia. No matter what he tried, sleep eluded him. Prowling around in his hotel room he found a Bible. Flipping it open he read 'Where to find help in time of need'. He read the list and found 'needing sleep - Psalm 4.' 'If you are the God of this book, give me sleep,' he prayed. He stretched across the bed and fell into a deep dreamless sleep. The next morning he forgot about the Bible and God. Later in the week he came across a man on the street preaching and claiming that Jesus was the only way to God. Ibrahim thought it was all rubbish and Jesus was not the son of God. He also came across an American couple who told him to ask God for the answer, and that God loves him and will speak to him. Ibrahim had never heard of anyone say that God would speak to them. Five nights later Ibrahim dreamed of a bright light in the form of a cross and a voice said, 'This is my way. Jesus is my son. I give my peace to you. I leave my joy with you'.

He had heard from God, and spent the day counting the cost of following Jesus. He knew he would be rejected totally. But the more he thought about Jesus, the more he wanted to know. He met a Christian lady who told him about Jesus, and Ibrahim, weeping openly, gave his life to the Lord Jesus. The first thing he did was to tell his family. They were all very angry and told him that they never want to hear from him again.
Ibrahim began seriously studying the Bible and married a Christian woman. There was no reconciliation from his family. Then one day he got a telegram asking him to attend his sister's wedding. 'We forgive you, please come,' said his father. As Ibrahim prayed about it, God told him not to take his wife. Upon arriving in Bombay, Ibrahim was warmly welcomed by his relatives and friends. Before long, however, his father attacked him, beating, kicking and punching Ibrahim until he was blinded with blood. Every member of Ibrahim's family supported his father's action. 'I cannot deny Christ,' Ibrahim kept saying. His father pointed a gun at him. Just seconds before he fired, Ibrahim's uncle grabbed the gun from his father. Ibrahim was kept as a prisoner in the house. They destroyed all his wedding pictures, Bible, Christian books and tapes. As days passed Ibrahim's father felt that he was coming around, but he still kept him prisoner, instructing guards to shoot Ibrahim if he ever tried to leave. Gradually he was allowed to go out to meet friends but not without a guard.
One day Ibrahim asked to see his school friend and his father took him out. God said to Ibrahim, 'This is the day to leave your family.' His father had to inspect something on the way, so he let Ibrahim complete the journey on his own. Seizing the opportunity, Ibrahim went straight to a Christian pastor, who helped him get away.

Recently Ibrahim spoke to his father by phone and his father admitted, 'I know that your God is real because for ten years all our plans to harm you have failed.'

BIBLE PROPHECY

BIBLE PROPHECY

Will the world really end on December 21st 2012?
What does the Bible say about December 21st 2012?

By Kenneth Lewis
All around the globe people are discussing, books are being written, lectures are being given about the Mayan calendar ending on the winter solstice of the year 2012 which means to some people around the world that the world will end on December 21st 2012.
According to recent news reports the Mayan civilization was extremely advanced in mathematics, engineering and astronomy. It was also reported that they had incredible knowledge and understanding of time and space.
But can the Mayan Calendar and Mayan prophecies be trusted? The short answer is absolutely not!
Unless the calendar was given to the Mayan tribe by God and the prophecies truly came from a prophet of God. Neither can be trusted.
I believe the Mayan Calendar, their incredible knowledge and understanding of time and space were demonic and were given to the Mayan people by Satan and his demons.
Sounds far fetch? Satan has been doing this type of deception for centuries.
As Christians we need to be careful not to fall victim to Satan’s trickery that he has been playing on man kind for generations and generations...
Why would the last generation be any different!
God’s word tells us “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.” Matthew 10:16
Nostradamus is another one who seems to be getting a lot of media attention. Many believe he was able to see into the future and predicted the 9 – 11 attacks. He too predicts that a great war will take place some time between 2009 and the year 2012 who some believe are some how supportive to the Mayan predictions.
I too believe Nostradamus predictions are also connected to the Mayan predictions in the sense that they to are demonic in nature and came from Satan.
Nostradamus was not a prophet of God. If he was a prophet of God he would be named among the prophets of God in the Holy Bible.
His predictions can not be trusted either.
In order for a prophet to be a prophet of God the test was very simple. The prophet’s prophecies had to come true 100% exactly as predicted. If they made a prediction and it didn’t come true exactly as predicted they were considered to be a false prophet and stone to death.
If Nostradamus lived during the time of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Daniel and the other prophets listed in Gods word he would have been stoned to death.
Let’s first take a look at the Mayan civilization and what they believed. We will look at how they worshiped and most importantly what they worshiped. By looking at their belief structure it will give us a better understanding of where their advance knowledge and prophecies came from.
Then we will take a look at Nostradamus and what he used to look into the future. His demonic practices mixed with his believe structure will also give us a better understanding of where his knowledge and prophecies came from also.
It’s not to surprising to me that Nostradamus prophecy and the Mayan prophecies of 2012 have one common factor and that common factor is Satan is behind them both.
He’s a tricky old devil!
I will continue to keep my eyes, trust and faith in Jesus Christ…
The Mayan Tribe
The Mayan Tribe lived in southern part of Mexico and in the northern Central America region approximately 3,000 years ago until they were conquered by Spain.
The Mayan people were known to worship many nature gods. Their gods were called the god of rain, god of sun and a god of corn. Mayan priests carried out human sacrifices to appease their nature gods. The chief priest held down the victim, while another priest cut his heart out.
As part of their belief structure, agricultural produce that the Mayans harvest were thought as a gift from their nature gods and so the Mayans would appeased their gods with the human blood collected from the human sacrifices.
During the festival time, such as harvest time the Mayans organized music, dances and prayers to appease the Mayan gods.
We need to be careful in what we believe in and do our research before believing in what the secular world believes in. This type of sacrifice and worship is very Satanist in nature and it’s very easy to see God is not behind it.
The followers of the Mayan religion believed in a relationship between human beings and supernatural beings. I believe those supernatural beings were no doubt demonic.
The Mayans also believed in astronomy and astrology.
The Mayans also constructed pyramids for religious and burial purposes. They built temples for the moon and the sun. According to their calendar every fifty-two years, the temples and pyramids were remodeled and rebuilt.
The Mayan art works which was also tied into their ancient religion I believe were very sophisticated and colorful as a venomous snake.
As part of the ancient Mayan religion agriculture and harvest times calculated in their calendars were very important to them. Their religious calendar was called the "tzolkin" and it comprised only of 260 days and two cycles. These cycles consisted of 20 days and 30 days week. The "Tun", was another Mayan calendar, comprised of 360 days. "Katun" was a calendar derived from "tun" and the total number of days in this calendar was 20 times that of the "tun" calendar.
The Mayan tribe created several calendars where they track time in what is called linear progression within cycles.
Their best known cycle known today is called the Great Cycle. It’s from the last Great Cycle where we can find what they believe is the end of time. The Great Cycle of the Long Count calendar equates to 5, 125.36 years. The current Great Cycle that we’re supposedly living in today according to the Mayan Tribe is due to end on the winter solstice of 2012 which can be translated to December 21st, 2012.
So, it has been interpreted that on this day, the Great Cycle ends, time ends, so the Earth must end as well. However, there seems to be some confusion among the Mayan calendar scholars as to what this end of the Great Cycle really means.
Some people believe that a cataclysmic event will take place on December 21st, 2012 which ultimately destroys the earth. While others believe that the world will not end at all, but instead humanity will enter a new era, marked by significant changes both physically and mentally.
Mouth of the Crocodile
The Mayans also believed on December 21st, 2012, the Solstice sun will align with the Dark Rift in the Milky Way, which the Mayans called the Mouth of the Crocodile, or the jaguar-toad; the Crocodile Tree being the Milky Way itself.
The Dark Rift is the widest part of the Milky Way, and corresponds to the direction of the center of the galaxy. As the alignment occurs, the Earth will align with the planets of the galaxy and pass onto the other side which is suppose to cause a “field – effect energy reversal”.
No one really knows what will happen when this energy reversal occurs. However, there are a lot of speculations coming from secular scholars.
They’re even some Biblical scholars saying that this would be the perfect time for the rapture to occur because when the Christians are snatched away the secular scholars and media can blame it on the energy reversal caused by the galaxy alignment. They also make reference to the end of age the Mayans speak of according to the Long count calendar could mean the end of the church age.
Before we go running into the dark screaming the world is ending, the church age is ending, the rapture is going to take place on December 21st, 2012. Lets stop and remember what the secular experts said about Y2K. The Y2K date came and past with nothing happening around the world. I believe the same thing will happen on December 21st, 2012. It will come and go as another day in history and nothing spectacular will happen.
According to the Mayans this will be the completion of the human spiritual embryogenesis which is some how measured by the Mayan Long Count calendar, culminating in a “pole shift” in the collective psyche, and the birth of our Higher Selves.
WoW, if I haven’t heard that term before! Higher Selves….That sounds like another demonic religion called the New Age Movement….
This last day of the Great Cycle, the Mayans called Creation Day….
The Mayan religion and their human sacrifices along with their human blood offerings have Satan all over it!
So then, as Christians can we really believe in the Mayans prophecies and the world coming to end in the year 2012? After learning about their demonic religion, their human sacrifices and how they worshiped nature gods.
I think as Christians we can all agree…absolutely not! We can not buy into their false teachings and must stay focused on Gods Holy word the Holy Bible.
There is nothing in the Bible that says the world is coming to an end or the rapture is going to take place on December 12th, 2012.
Now let’s take a quick look at Nostradamus and who was behind his secular prophecies.
Nostradamus
Nostradamus was born on December 14th 1503 in St. Remi, France they think. There are some Nostradamus scholars that dispute that. He was the first son of Jewish parents and it was said he was forced by the Inquisition to convert to Catholicism.
However, according to his biography when Nostradamus was growing up he spent much of his time learning languages, math, astronomy, and astrology from his grandfather.
Later in life he attended the University at Avignon where he studied liberal arts. Afterwards, he graduated from the medical school at the University of Montpellier and began a private practice as a medical doctor where he succeeded at treating plague victims in Montpellier and the surrounding areas.
Around 1534 he married and began a family. Tragically, the plague which he had been so successful in treating took the lives of his wife and two children.
Distraught and pursued by the Inquisition, Nostradamus traveled throughout Italy and France for the next six years.
He eventually settled down in the town of Salon, France in 1554 where he married his second wife, Anne Ponsart Gemelle, with whom he raised six children - three boys and three girls.
It was during this time that he began his career as a secular prophet. In 1555, at the age of 52, he wrote his first collection of Centuries - a set of 100 quatrains. Over the next several years he would complete a total of 10 Centuries. Nine were complete and one had 42 quatrains. So then during his life time he completed a total of 942 quatrains which he organized into Centuries - groups of 100 quatrains (one Century only had 42 quatrains).
What technique did Nostradamus use to predict the future?
His favorite technique for predicting the future was a technique called Scrying.
Here's the definition of Scrying. Scrying (also called crystal gazing, crystal seeing, seeing, or peeping) is a magic practice that involves seeing things psychically in a medium state, usually for purposes of obtaining spiritual visions and more rarely for purposes of divination or fortune-telling. The medium would look into it to see the future. Most common things used were crystals including crystal balls, stones, glass, mirrors, water, fire, or smoke. Scrying has been used in many cultures through out history as a means of divining the past, present, or future.
Nostradamus would gaze into a pot on a tripod full of water and fall under a trance for up to two hours. When he came out of the trance he would find that he had written a quatrain of the events that he had seen during his trance. A quatrain is a four line poem.
This type of magic or water gazing is demonic in nature and can not be trusted as a true method of seeing into the future. I believe demonic beings behind the scenes would guide Nostradamus during his trance to write down what he saw.
Its nothing more then a counterfeit of the true technique that God gave his prophets when the Holy spirit guided them to write down their visions.
Another trick Satan has been using for generations and generations. Counterfeit demonic visions using magic to confuse people into believing more of Satan's lies.
As Christians can we really believe in Nostradamus prophecies knowing how they were obtained?
Absolutely not!
Remember, God’s word tells us “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.” Matthew 10:16
There are some Christians and pastors who believe and are teaching that on December 21st, 2012 the rapture will take place. There is nothing in the Bible that teaches that the rapture will take place on December 21st, 2012. In fact, the Bible teaches that Jesus is coming back for His bride (His church) as a thief in the night and no one really knows when he is coming back except God the Father….
If it does happen on December 21st, 2012…Great! Come Lord Jesus!
If we’re ready at all times it really doesn’t matter when Jesus is coming back….
My question to you is a very simple question.
Are you ready?
The Bible teaches the next major prophetic events that will take place on planet earth are as follows:
1. The rapture of the church
2. The signing of the peace treaty with Israel for seven years
3. The first 3.5 years of the tribulation period
4. The last 3.5 years of the tribulation period called The Great Tribulation
5. The second coming of Jesus Christ
6. The 1000 year reign with Jesus Christ
7. The new Heavens and the new Earth
During the next several months we will take a look at each one of these events and what the Bible says will happen so we can have a better understanding of the times we live in today and how close we are to the Lords return in our life time.
Blessings,
Kenneth Lewis
